General Bonus Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Royal Game. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempting to identify or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
• Using abusive or threatening language towards customer support

Royal Game reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

Temporarily Suspended

An account may be temporarily locked due to incomplete KYC verification, suspicious transaction review, or security concerns. Contact our support team during this time to resolve the issue.

Permanent Closure

Accounts found to be in violation of the rules, involved in fraud, or associated with false information will be permanently closed. Bonus Funds in permanently closed accounts will be forfeited. However, any legitimate balance will be returned.

Closed at user's request

You can contact our support team at any time to close your account. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so.
